Duplicate keys

One of the most worrying issues for landlords has to be unauthorised key duplication. It can be a significant security risk, not just for the property owner, but also for inbound tenants. Tenants MUST ask for permission to copy a key(s) in writing via our contact us page HERE

Only after being given permission in writing may you make a duplicate key(s).

Lost Keys

KEYS! If you have lost your keys or are locked out of your property or your key is damaged, please report this using the report maintenance page, we will only attend your property with keys in office hours 9am – 5pm Monday-Friday subject to staff being available and there will be a charge of £50.00 which MUST be paid in advance for this and can be paid for HERE only, plus the cost of new keys.

There is no charge  if the lock has failed and the payment will be refunded.

We cannot guarantee a time due to staff demand, if its an emergency or you are locked in/out we would recommend calling a locksmith at your own expense, and obtain a report from the locksmith as to the cause of damage/lock fail and we may look to reimburse you if the lock has failed at our discretion, this does not include lost or damaged keys.

Out of office hours you will be required to call a locksmith at your own expense and provide us with new keys the next working day.
