Moving into your new property is an exciting time and it is important that you know what you can expect from us and what you need to do to make sure your tenancy runs smoothly.

When you move in you will be given a copy of your tenancy agreement, please make sure you read this thoroughly and familiarise yourself with the conditions.

Upon move in you need to ensure that you:

• Download the how to rent guide at the bottom of this page as specified in your tenancy agreement
• Set up all of your utilities (including gas, electric and water) Take meter readings the day you get the keys
• Set up your Council Tax payment
• Pay for your TV Licence if you plan to watch non subscription channels
• Change your address with all companies – including any benefits
