All applications go through a reference check which includes: Credit Check, Linked Address, Identity & Fraud Information, CCJs, Decrees, and other court information, Affordability Rating, Previous Landlord Reference, Income & Employment Check. If successful a security deposit is required which is equivalent to one month’s rent.
